    Swarm season is here. It is not unusual to experience large quantities of honey bees congregating on a tree limb in your backyard. If so, please call me. I can provide a safe home for them.

Includes 5-frames of live nucleus honey bees, 2-deep brood chambers, 1-medium honey super, 1-solid bottom board, 1-solid inner cover, 1-telescoping lid, 1-entrance reducer, 1-entrance transporter gate, 16-deep frames with plastic foundation, 8-medium frames with foundation.  All components fully assembled.  In-store pickup available only.  Accepting only first 12 orders for mid-June pickup.  Must pre-order with 50% deposit.

  • The Queen

    The queen bee can live up to 3 years and is the only bee that lays eggs. She is the busiest in the summer months, when the hive needs to be at its maximum strength, and lays up to 2000 eggs per day.
